 Ledra Street (Greek: οδός Λήδρας "Odos Lidras", Turkish: Lokmacı Caddesi) is a major shopping thoroughfare in central Nicosia, Cyprus.
It is the site of the former Ledra Street barricade where the street ran across the United Nations buffer zone. The barricade symbolised the division of Nicosia between the Greek south and Turkish north which was under the control of the unrecognised, self-declared Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). The barricade was removed in April 2008 and Ledra Street became the sixth crossing between the southern and northern parts of Cyprus.
The name of the street refers to the ancient city-kingdom of Ledra, established in 1050 BC, that was located in the centre of the island where the capital city is today.

΄Οντας ο κύριος εμπορικός δρόμος της πρωτεύουσας, που ξεκινούσε από την πλατεία Ελευθερίας και διέσχιζε μεγάλο μέρος της παλιάς πόλης, έσφυζε από ζωή. Με καταστήματα που πωλούσαν πάσης φύσεως εμπορεύματα - είδη υπόδησης και ένδυσης, υφάσματα, κοσμήματα, κλωστοϋφαντουργικά – αλλά και καφενεία και λέσχες, αποτελούσε ταυτόχρονα ένα συναπάντημα των Λευκωσιατών καθώς και άλλων πολιτών της ευρύτερης περιοχής – Ελληνοκυπρίων,Τουρκοκυπρίων, Αρμένιδων και Μαρωνιτών.
Μέχρι που το Κυπριακό μπήκε στη ζωή τους... Οι πρώτες διακοινοτικές ταραχές το 1956 στη Λευκωσία και ο διαχωρισμός της πόλης με συρματοπλέγματα σε ελληνικό και τουρκικό τομέα. Η οδός Λήδρας και η οδός Ερμού υπήρξε η γραμμή οριοθέτησης του ελληνικού από τον τουρκικό τομέα.
Εκεί ορθώθηκαν για πρώτη φορά τείχη για να χωρίζουν τους Έλληνες από τους Τούρκους της Κύπρου πριν από μισό αιώνα.
